TLC Complete Mental Wellness offers comprehensive mental health services that includes diagnosing, medication management, and supportive care.
Unfortunately, we do not provide therapy services at this time, but will assist in locating an appropriate therapist that can help meet your individual needs.

TLC Complete Mental Wellness accepts many major insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.
We use Headway to manage insurance billing and payments. Click the linked button to register with Headway. The Headway team will reach out with an email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You will see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through their client portal.
While telehealth has proven to be effective for a wide range of mental health conditions, there are certain situations and disorders where in-person care may be more appropriate due to complexity, severity, or specific treatment needs. For this reason, we do not treat psychotic disorders, severe developmental disorders, those with complex or unstable medical conditions, or acute substance withdrawal requiring medical detox. Appropriateness of telehealth services is at the discretion of our provider. Referrals for local in-person clinics will be provided if telehealth services are deemed inappropriate
Controlled substances will not be refilled early and cannot be refilled if the patient is not reasonably compliant with appointments.
Any aggressive or inappropriate behaviors, non-compliance with appointments, or staff harassment in or around the prescribing of controlled substances will result in a one-time, rapid taper of the medication and immediate discharge from our care.
If a prescription for stimulant medication is deemed appropriate, the patient will be required to obtain an EKG and urine drug screen before the first prescription will be provided, along with regular urine drug screens for refills.
We are unable to provide letters in support of surgery, emotional support animals, child support/child custody/parental rights, disability determinations, or forensic determinations (competency evaluations).
We also do not provide therapy services at this time, but will assist in locating an appropriate therapist that can help meet your individual needs.
If you are late, it is at the discretion of the provider to decide whether there will be enough time left in your scheduled appointment to be safely evaluated and cared for. Any patient that is more than 10 minutes late to a new patient appointment or follow-up appointment will need to reschedule their appointment.
In this case, the No Show Policy ad detailed below will apply.
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please give at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise, your cancellation may include a cancellation fee based on our three-strike policy.
First late cancels/no shows will be waived as a courtesy.
Second late cancels/no shows will be half of the cancellation fee.
Third and following late cancels/no shows will be the full cancellation fee.
We are defining a “cancellation fee” as the full cost of the visit if it is private pay, or the amount we would have received from insurance + copay for insurance based visits.
Cancellations towards any appointment type will be applied towards the three-strikes policy.
This three-strike policy also resets each year in January.
